- Condenser coil and fan service. On the Classic 36" and 48" built-ins the condenser coil cakes with dust when cabinet trim chokes the grille. We pull the unit, clean the coil, and check the fan bearings, catching a dry motor before it seizes and takes the compressor down with it.
- Wine units and column alignment. The U-Line and Sub-Zero wine units in these homes drift off setpoint on a failed cooling deck, and Designer integrated columns sag out of alignment so the magnetic seal quits. We rebuild the cooling deck or square the door so the gasket seats again.
