We check the door gasket seal and the anti-sweat heater circuit around the cabinet frame before we assume the refrigeration system itself is at fault.
Sealed system leaks on Classic and PRO 48 built-ins. On the full-size Classic and PRO 48 units common in Foster City's larger waterfront homes, a slow sealed-system leak shows up as a fresh-food side that runs longer and longer to hold temperature. We recover the refrigerant under EPA 608 rules, pressure test to find the leak, repair it, then evacuate and weigh in a fresh charge in-house.

The condo and townhome kitchens here often run Sub-Zero undercounter refrigerator or freezer drawers built into an island instead of a full-size cabinet, and the calls I get are usually a drawer that won't hold temperature or a drawer mechanism binding. We check the compressor cycle, the evaporator fan, and the drawer slides before deciding what needs to come apart.
