What we close on the truck.

Tight-install compressor faults. A lot of Piedmont's Summit units live boxed into wet-bar or guest-house cabinetry with barely any clearance. Heat has nowhere to go, so the compressor runs hot, trips the overload, and short-cycles until it fails outright. We check whether it's a freestanding unit that got boxed in versus a true front-venting built-in before quoting anything.
Beverage centers and wine units. A number of the Piedmont estate remodels run Summit glass-door beverage centers and dual-zone wine units. If the temperature creeps or a single zone won't hold, the usual suspects are the cooling deck, a weak evaporator fan, or a control board out of calibration.
Compact appliance repair. Guest houses and smaller ADU-style spaces on Piedmont estates run heavy on the 24-inch Summit line. Gaskets wear out fast, cold controls drift, and evaporator and condenser fan motors pack up with dust in a tight cabinet install. All standard truck-stock for us.
