The compressor runs hot for a year or two, then starts short-cycling on the overload. We open up what clearance we can and swap the relay and overload rather than sending the same setup back into the same wall.
Clubhouse and leasing office units. HOA clubhouses and leasing offices around the lagoons run their own Summit compacts and glass-door units for residents and staff, and daily traffic wears the gaskets and fan motors faster than a home unit ever sees. We carry both on the truck.
Cold controls in unattended units. Condo units run their thermostats and cold controls year round with nobody checking in between visits, so a freeze-up or a unit that won't pull down often goes unnoticed until food spoils. We catch it early when we can and carry replacement parts on the truck.
