Blackhawk is one of our steadiest Summit markets, and it's almost all residential. The gated estates run wet bars, butler's pantries, pool-house beverage centers, and wine storage, and Summit undercounter and built-in units fill a lot of those spots. We also see them in the Blackhawk Plaza offices and the clubhouse service areas. When something here loses temperature, somebody notices fast and wants it handled right.

We're dispatched from San Ramon, a short run up Camino Tassajara, and we pull built-ins out of cabinetry without wrecking the surround, which is a skill we run weekly on U-Line and Perlick. You get a written quote first, and the $99 diagnostic is credited toward the repair.

Wine and beverage center temperature drift. The estate bars and pantries run dual-zone Summit wine cabinets and glass-door beverage centers. A unit fighting to hold two temps usually needs the cooling deck looked at, a fan motor, or recalibration. We get them back on setpoint instead of pushing a replacement when the hardware earns it.
Gaskets, relays, and fan motors. Door seals tear at the corner from a knee-bump and the box frosts or runs constant. Relays and overloads fail on units that were installed tight. Condenser and evaporator fan motors clog with dust. We carry those parts and most of these are repairs involving parts we usually stock.
