Dublin packs a lot into a small footprint, and Summit fits the tighter spots. Office break rooms and pantries in the Hacienda corridor, beverage centers and back-counter compacts in the centers along Dublin Boulevard, and wet bars and beverage centers in the newer east-side subdivisions out toward Tassajara, where we're seeing more backyard ADUs go in.
We dispatch from San Ramon and cover all of Dublin, 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days. We carry relays, overloads, fan motors, thermostats, and gaskets on the truck. Written quote first, and the $75 diagnostic is waived with the repair.

- ADU and wet-bar units. The east-side Tassajara subdivisions are putting in backyard ADUs and wet bars, and Summit compact and undercounter units are a common pick. When one drifts warm, it's often a tight cabinet cutout cooking the compressor. We open up the airflow and swap the start components when caught early.
- Beverage centers off setpoint. Office pantries and home wet bars run Summit beverage centers and dual-zone wine units. A zone that won't hold or a unit drifting warm usually traces to the cooling deck, a fan motor, or a control out of calibration. We rebuild and recalibrate.
- Gaskets, thermostats, and fan motors. Torn door seals make a box frost or run nonstop. Worn cold controls freeze product or never pull down. Evaporator and condenser fan motors clog with dust. All standard truck-stock, so most Dublin calls close in one visit.

Why does my Summit keep running without cooling?
Often a torn gasket letting warm air in, a tight install overheating the compressor, or a worn cold control. We'll diagnose the actual cause and quote it before any work. -
What are your hours and pricing?
We're out 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days, same number for after-hours emergencies. The diagnostic is $75, waived with the repair.
