- Compact units short-cycling. Office break-room and back-of-house compacts forced into tight spots run hot, short-cycle on the overload, and eventually won't restart. Early on it's a relay and overload swap plus airflow. We confirm freestanding versus front-venting built-in before blaming the fridge.
- Beverage centers and wine units in the hill homes. The hillside homes above Ygnacio Valley run Summit beverage centers and wine units in wet bars and pantries. Off-temp or one-zone-won't-hold is usually the cooling deck, a fan, or a control out of calibration, which we rebuild and dial back in.
