A Summit undercounter that runs constantly but never gets fully cold usually has a weak compressor start, a low charge from a small leak, or a condenser fan losing speed. We test each in order and fix the one actually causing the problem, not just the cheapest guess.
Wine cooler compressor cycling short. Compact wine coolers cycle a small compressor often, and a start relay or capacitor wearing out shows up as the unit starting, running briefly, and shutting off again. We test the electrical components first, since that's a fraction of the cost of a compressor swap.
Door seal and condensation on the cabinet. A Summit unit built into cabinetry with a tight door seal that's degraded lets warm air in and shows up as condensation around the frame. We replace the gasket and check the door alignment against the cabinet opening.
