- Evaporator fan and temperature drift. A unit that's running but not holding temperature often has a tired evaporator fan. We check airflow first and replace the fan only when that's the real problem.
- Door seal and hinge alignment. Undercounter doors built into cabinetry take a lot of stress from the fit. Worn gaskets and hinges that have shifted let warm air in. We correct both so the door seals properly.
