- Undercounter ice maker no harvest. Oakland's moderately hard water scales the evaporator plate and slows harvests. Just as often, the factory braided inlet line has kinked against the cabinet wall. We descale, refit a longer line, confirm the fill cycle, and check the drain pump on gravity-drain conversions.
- Sealed-system work in-house. Beverage centers running warm need a coil cleaning or an evap-fan motor first. Leak and compressor jobs stay in-house with recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in to spec under EPA #1279674151528, not topped off and sent on.
