- Wine unit off setpoint. A failing thermistor or evaporator fan is the usual cause. We test both and fix the one that's actually out of spec.
- Undercounter ice maker not producing. Often a water inlet issue or a control fault on the smaller ice-maker units. We check the fill cycle before touching the sealed system.
- Condensation and door seal wear. A worn gasket on a butler's pantry unit lets humidity in fast. We replace the seal and check the door alignment.
