- Dual-zone wine reserve warm zone. A reserve in the Tassajara-side homes holding one zone but warm on the other is typically a clogged condenser coil plus a tired condenser-fan motor. If both zones read the same, the DC damper actuator has failed open. We swap it and watch the split hold 24 hours.
- Sealed-system and beverage-center repair. Beverage centers running warm need a coil cleaning or an evap-fan motor before the compressor's at fault. Leak and compressor work stays in-house with recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in under EPA #1279674151528.
