- Wine reserve drifting warm. A reserve in the winery-estate homes holding one zone and creeping warm on the other is usually a packed condenser coil plus a tired fan. If both zones read alike, the DC damper actuator has failed open on the 2218 or 3036. We swap it and confirm the split holds 24 hours.
- Sealed-system work in-house. Beverage centers lose temp on a dirty coil or a dead evap fan first. Leak and compressor jobs stay in-house: recover, evacuate, weigh in the charge under EPA #1279674151528, done right.
