- Evaporator fan and temperature drift. A unit running warm but not fully dead often points to a weak evaporator fan. We test airflow and replace the fan when that's the cause.
- Door seal and hinge alignment. Built-in undercounter doors take stress from the surrounding cabinetry. Worn gaskets and hinges knocked out of alignment let cold air escape. We fix both so the unit seals right again.
