Coolers, freezers, and sealed systems

Most of what fails on Main Street is the boring stuff that shuts a kitchen down: a walk-in that won’t hold temp because of an iced evaporator coil, a reach-in with a dead condenser fan motor, a True or Beverage-Air door gasket that’s torn and sweating, a prep table running warm on a clogged drain. We carry common fan motors, relays, gaskets, thermostats, and start components on the truck so a lot of these get fixed the same visit.

When it’s a refrigerant problem we do the sealed-system work in-house: recovery, leak repair, evacuation, and weigh-in. We hold EPA #1279674151528 under Section 608, and we’re trained on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through Mainstream Engineering, which matters on the Atosa and Turbo Air units a lot of the smaller Pleasanton kitchens run now.
