- Glycol and direct-draw cooling faults. A stadium suite bar pouring through a Perlick glycol trunk line on event day can't afford a slipping pump or a low glycol level, so we check both of those before we ever open up the compressor.
- Under-bar compressor and condenser issues. El Camino strip-mall bars tend to box a Perlick under-bar unit into a cabinet with little breathing room, and the heat buildup wears the compressor and condenser out early. We check clearance and clean the coil during the repair.
- Door and drawer seal wear. A back-bar drawer that won't seal tight on event night at the stadium loses cold air the whole game. We replace the gasket and true up the alignment so the door seals flush.
