Under-bar compressor and condenser issues. Under-bar units get cramped install conditions with poor airflow, which stresses the compressor and condenser. We check clearances and clean the coil along with the repair.
Door and drawer seal wear. Back-bar drawers and doors that don't seal tight let cold air out all night. We replace the gaskets and true up the alignment so the unit isn't working against itself.
