Perlick's glycol-cooled draft beer systems circulate coolant through a remote power pack to keep the lines cold all the way to the tap, and a failing glycol pump or a cracked line shows up as warm, foamy pours. We test the pump, check line insulation, and top off or replace the glycol as needed rather than just chasing the tap end of the problem.
Stainless corrosion from bar acids. Wine acid, citrus juice, and daily bar cleaning chemicals are hard on stainless drain pans and fittings over time, and a slow drain leak or a corroded fitting is a common Perlick call at a wine bar specifically. We replace the corroded part and route drains to keep standing liquid off metal that shouldn't sit wet.
Under-bar cooler condensers and fans. Under-bar coolers sit low and close, right where bar mats and floor debris restrict airflow to the condenser. We clean the coil, check the fan, and if the install itself is choking airflow, we'll flag the layout issue rather than just fixing the symptom over and over.
