- Back-bar bottle coolers warming up. The Perlick bottle coolers behind the Hartz Avenue bars drift warm on a dirty condenser or a wandering thermostat. We clean the condenser, recalibrate or swap the control, and get the box holding bottle temp again.
- Door gaskets and hinge cartridges. A bar door that never stops swinging tears gaskets and wears the hinge cartridges fast. We stock OEM gaskets in 24 and 36 inch and carry the door cylinders, so a lot of these involve parts we usually stock.
- Sealed-system leaks. Repair beats replacement on a Perlick because the box is good. We hold EPA #1279674151528 and do recovery, leak repair, evacuation, and weigh-in charging in-house, the part most handymen can't legally touch.
