25th Avenue's newer kitchens tend to run a longer dinner service than B Street's older spots, and the extra hours catch up with a Victory evaporator fan before anything else on the unit gives out. B Street's mix of older restaurants and bars runs its equipment differently, shorter hours some nights, a full house on weekends, and the failure pattern follows that rhythm instead.

We test fan speed and current draw and replace the motor before it drags the compressor cycle down with it.
Prep table condensate drains clogging during the lunch rush. The sandwich and salad counters along both restaurant rows run their Victory prep tables hard through a tight midday window, and the condensate drain under the pan rail clogs with food debris faster than a reach-in door drain ever does. Once it backs up, water pools under the pans and the rail temperature climbs right along with it. We clear the line and check the drain pan heater before calling the fix done.
Back bar cooler compressors overheating in tight service areas. A Victory back bar cooler tucked under a B Street bar often sits in a space with barely any clearance around the condensing unit, and the compressor runs hot from restricted airflow long before refrigerant charge becomes the issue. We check the clearance and airflow path around the unit first, since that sometimes fixes the problem faster than any part swap.
