Evaporator fan motor failure. On Victory freezers the evaporator fan motor bearings wear out under constant runtime, and once the fan slows the coil frosts solid. We replace the fan motor, clear the iced coil, and check the defrost cycle.
PT prep table drain clogs. Victory PT units lose the cold rail when the condensate drain clogs and water backs up onto the evaporator. We flush the drain line, clear the pan, and verify the rail pulls the top pans back into safe range.
