A harbor restaurant's Victory reach-in that falls behind on a busy weekend is usually a fan motor weakened by salt exposure or a door gasket that's stopped sealing. We test the fan, check the gasket, and confirm the box recovers under real load, not just sitting empty.
Sealed-system leaks in coastal units. Salt air also works its way into refrigerant line joints over time, so a slow leak is a more common call here than inland.
