Prep table rail warming. On Victory prep tables the rail warms while the base stays cold, usually airflow, a clogged drain, or a tired fan. We clear it, swap the part, and set a cleaning interval.
Sealed-system and R290. Leaks, compressors, recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in are done in-house under EPA #1279674151528. We're R290 hydrocarbon trained, which matters on the newer self-contained Victory and undercounter units around town.
