When a Victory box won't hold safe temp, we'll come look and give you a written quote before any work. We carry the parts that fail most, so a lot of Castro Valley calls involve parts we usually stock.

What we close on the truck.

Reach-in warming overnight. A Victory reach-in that's warm by morning in a Boulevard diner is usually a dirty condenser, a failed evaporator fan motor, or a stuck condensate drain. We stock fan motors, gaskets, defrost timers, and relays for repairs involving parts we usually stock.
Prep table holding warm. On Victory prep and sandwich tables, the rail warms while the base stays cold, usually an iced coil or weak airflow. We clear the drain, swap the fan, and check the cleaning schedule.
Sealed-system and R290 work. Leaks, low charge, and dead compressors we do in-house under EPA #1279674151528. We're HC (R290) trained for the hydrocarbon undercounter units common in the smaller Castro Valley spots, and we quote sealed work in writing first.
