Reach-in won't pull below 45. A Victory reach-in stuck warm in a busy Shattuck kitchen is usually a failed evaporator-fan motor, a dirty condenser, or a torn door gasket at the hinge. We carry fan motors, relays, thermostats, and gaskets on the truck, so most of these are one-visit fixes.
Prep and sandwich tables losing the rail. On Victory prep tables the rail warms while the base stays cold, usually an iced coil, a clogged drain, or weak airflow. We clear it, swap the part, and check the cleaning interval so it doesn't ice up again next month.
Sealed system and R290. Leaks, dead compressors, and low charge we handle in-house under EPA #1279674151528. We're also R290 hydrocarbon (A3) trained, which matters as more Victory and undercounter units ship with flammable refrigerant around West Berkeley's newer build-outs.
