When a Victory unit warms up overnight or won't pull down on a busy line, we'll diagnose it straight and quote it in writing before any work. We stock the common parts, so most Concord calls finish on the first visit.

What we close on the truck.
- Reach-in warming overnight. A True-or-Victory reach-in that's warm by morning around Monument is usually a frosted evaporator, a failed condenser fan motor, or a stuck defrost cycle. We carry fan motors, defrost components, relays, and gaskets on the truck.
- Prep table rail won't hold. On Victory prep tables the rail drifts warm while the base stays cold, usually airflow, a clogged drain, or a tired evaporator fan. We clear and replace, then set a cleaning interval to keep it from icing again.
- Sealed-system and R290. Leaks, compressors, and recharges we do in-house with recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in under EPA Section 608 #1279674151528. We're HC(A3) trained through Mainstream Engineering for the R290 units common in newer Concord build-outs.

Is Concord inside your service area?
Concord is our northern boundary. We run here daily, dispatched from San Ramon, 7AM to 7PM seven days, same number after hours for emergencies. -
Will hard water hurt my Victory ice or merchandiser?
Concord runs on Contra Costa Water District supply and it's hard. On ice gear that means scale, slow harvest, and cloudy cubes. A descale and fresh filter usually brings production back. -
Do you quote before you start?
Always. The diagnostic is $75, waived when you go ahead with the repair, and you get a written quote before we touch anything. No surprises on the invoice.
