- Downtown reach-in won't pull down before dinner service. A Victory reach-in near the theatre district that's slow to recover before the dinner rush is usually a dirty condenser fighting hot kitchen air, or a door gasket that's stopped sealing at the hinge. We clean the coil, check the gasket, and confirm the box holds through a full service.
- Redwood Shores micro-market case running warm. In the office micro-markets out by the bay, a Victory glass-door case running warm traces to an evaporator fan losing speed or a door switch stuck open. We test both before ordering a part, since a bad door switch fakes a refrigerant problem.
- Sealed-system leaks in older downtown units. A lot of the downtown restaurant equipment has some years on it, and when a Victory unit's lost its charge, we do the leak search, recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in in-house under EPA #1279674151528. On an aging box I'll tell you honestly if it's a repair or a replace.
