- Worn door gasket. On a busy Temescal or Uptown line a gasket tears and hardens fast, and a leaking seal runs the compressor nonstop. Cheapest fix on the cabinet, and it keeps the compressor from running itself into the ground. We stock common profiles.
- Sealed-system leak on older cabinets. Past 15 to 20 years, vibration and slow corrosion crack the sealed system open. It's the bigger repair and the one most general appliance guys can't legally handle. We do recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in in-house under EPA #1279674151528, with a 2-year warranty on the rebuild.
