What we close on the truck.

Reach-in compressor overworking. A Traulsen reach-in that runs nearly continuously but still struggles to hold temp usually has a condenser coil packed with grease from a busy kitchen, or a refrigerant charge that's drifted low. We clean the coil and check the charge before assuming the compressor itself is the problem.
Pass-through door seal failure. Pass-through units in a busy kitchen line take constant door traffic from both sides, and a worn gasket or misaligned door lets cold air escape fast. We replace the gasket and adjust the door so both sides seal evenly.
Evaporator fan motor failure. A failed evaporator fan motor in a Traulsen unit shows up as warm spots inside the cabinet even though the compressor's running fine. We swap the motor and check the fan blade for damage while the panel's off.
