Hard-water ice on the line. Concord runs on Contra Costa Water District supply and it's hard, so the undercounter cubers near the Traulsen line scale up fast: slow harvest, thin cubes, no-drop calls. We descale, fit a fresh filter, and replace fouled water valves and harvest probes off the truck.
