- Thermostat out of calibration. The most common Traulsen call. The box drifts warm or won't hold setpoint once the thermostat fails or drifts. We test it, recalibrate or replace it, and confirm recovery. Labor starts around $250 plus the part.
- Torn door gasket. A hardened or torn gasket on a Monument-corridor line lets warm air past the seal and runs the compressor nonstop. Cheapest fix on the cabinet, and it keeps the compressor from running itself into the ground. We stock common Traulsen gaskets.
- Hard-water ice on the line. Concord runs on Contra Costa Water District supply and it's hard, so the undercounter cubers near the Traulsen line scale up fast: slow harvest, thin cubes, no-drop calls. We descale, fit a fresh filter, and replace fouled water valves and harvest probes off the truck.
