When a wine room drifts off setpoint or a kitchen fridge starts running warm, it’s not background noise, it’s the room a real collection depends on or the kitchen a family cooks in every day. We pull built-ins clean out of custom millwork off Selby Lane and through Lindenwood and set them back the same way, no scratched cabinet faces, no forced fit.
The Circus Club, Sacred Heart, and Holbrook-Palmer Park
Outside the estates, Atherton’s commercial-grade refrigeration mostly sits at three places: the clubhouse kitchen and bar at the Menlo Circus Club, the dining hall at Sacred Heart Schools, and the caterers who work weddings and events out of Holbrook-Palmer Park’s Main House. Reach-ins, prep tables, back-bar coolers, and ice machines all show up in these kitchens the same as any restaurant’s, just fewer of them, with a lot riding on each one during an event weekend.

We’re Manitowoc-certified, factory-trained on Indigo NXT, NEO, and QuietQube through the Manitowoc Ice and Koolaire seminar, and we service Hoshizaki, Scotsman, and Follett too. Sealed-system work, recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in, happens in-house under EPA #1279674151528, and we’re HC (R290) trained for the newer hydrocarbon units showing up in bar and wine equipment.
We dispatch out of San Ramon, over the San Mateo Bridge and down the Peninsula, a longer trip than our East Bay runs but a route we cover regularly. The diagnostic is $99, credited toward the repair, and hours are 7AM to 7PM, seven days, with the same number after hours.
