The city’s own commercial footprint is small: the cluster of shops and offices near City Hall on Highland Avenue, and the cafeteria kitchens in the Piedmont Unified School District’s schools. Those run the same reach-ins, prep tables, and ice machines you’d find in any small commercial kitchen, and we’re Manitowoc-certified and factory-trained on Indigo NXT and NEO ice machines for that side of the work, servicing Hoshizaki and the rest as an independent shop.
