Back-bar unit running warm. The most common Beverage-Air call is a back-bar cooler holding wine or draft product a few degrees warm. Nine times out of ten it's a dirty condenser coil starved for airflow behind the bar, sometimes a failing condenser fan motor. We clean, test, and replace as needed.
Door gasket and self-closer wear. Bottle cooler doors get opened hundreds of times a shift, and the gasket and the self-closing hinge wear out faster here than in a slower kitchen. A soft or torn gasket lets in humid air, ices the coil, and drags the whole unit down.
Compressor short-cycling. A compressor that kicks on and off in short bursts is usually a refrigerant or electrical fault, not a bad compressor outright. We check the start components and the charge before recommending a compressor swap, since that's the expensive fix and it's often not the real problem.
