Back-bar cooler running warm. The bottles up front stay cool longest, so a Beverage-Air back-bar unit running warm usually means a failing evaporator fan or a condenser coil packed with bar dust and lint. We pull the kickplate, clean the coil, and test the fan before we call it anything bigger.
Glass door reach-in fogging or sweating. A door gasket that's stopped sealing or a heater wire that's failed in the door frame lets humid air in and fogs the glass. We test the anti-sweat heater circuit and replace the gasket, which is usually the cheaper fix and the one that actually solves it.
Compressor short-cycling on the bottle cooler. Short-cycling points to a starting component or a refrigerant charge issue more often than a dead compressor. We test the start relay and capacitor first, then check the charge, before anyone quotes a compressor swap they didn't need.
