- Reach-ins and prep tables. The restaurants run Beverage-Air reach-in coolers and freezers plus prep tables that get opened a hundred times a shift. Failures track the equipment: condenser coils packed with flour and grease running the compressor hot, torn gaskets at the hinge, evaporator fan motors seizing and icing the coil.
- Back-bar and bottle coolers. The bars carry Beverage-Air back-bar coolers and bottle wells that short-cycle or sweat on a worn seal. Replacing a gasket is the cheapest fix on the cabinet and it keeps the compressor from grinding itself out.
- Sealed-system and R290. We do sealed-system repairs in-house with recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in. Our EPA #1279674151528 covers refrigerant handling, and we're HC/R290 trained for the hydrocarbon Beverage-Air units.
