We dispatch from San Ramon and cover all of it, seven days a week. We service Turbo Air as an independent shop, no factory-authorization claim. The truck carries the parts that fail most, so a lot of jobs involve parts we usually stock. When something has to be ordered, you get the part name and a real ETA.

Prep tables and reach-ins that won't hold safe temp. A Turbo Air box on a busy Temescal or Rockridge line drifts warm on a choked condenser, a seized fan motor, or a stuck TXV. We diagnose the actual cause and fix it, not guess on the clock.
Compressors short-cycling, failed start components. A Turbo Air unit cutting in and out mid-shift usually has a bad start component or a control on the way out. We carry those, so most of these involve parts we usually stock.
Refrigerant leaks and R290 units. Sealed-system work, recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in, is done in-house under EPA #1279674151528. We're R290 trained for the newer self-contained Turbo Air gear running hydrocarbon refrigerant.
