Unit running warm after a busy stretch. Turbo Air's condenser fan and coil have to keep up during heavy use, and a coil packed with kitchen dust and grease will slow that down until the box drifts warm. We clean the coil and test the fan on every call.
Evaporator icing. Ice on the evaporator points to a defrost cycle issue or restricted airflow more than a refrigerant problem. We check the defrost timer and clear the airflow path before assuming a leak.
Door gasket wear. A worn gasket on a glass or solid door reach-in lets warm air in every time it's opened, and the compressor runs longer trying to recover. We replace the gasket, which is usually the fix, not a bigger repair.
